All orders are subject to product availability, serviceability, and confirmation. Prices are displayed in INR and may change without prior notice. Final payable amount is shown at checkout.
4. Payments
We support approved payment methods available at checkout, including online payment options processed via Razorpay. For payment failures, delays, or bank-side issues, resolution may depend on payment network timelines.
5. Cancellation, Refund and Return
- Orders may be cancelled as per active cancellation policy shown during checkout/cart.
- Partial cancellation requests may be accepted as per order stage and delivery status.
- For eligible prepaid cancellations, refund processing can take approximately 3-5 business days depending on bank/payment channel.
- Once an order is marked completed/delivered and accepted, refund/return may not be available unless explicitly stated by policy.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather, traffic, local conditions, or unforeseen operational constraints. Customers should verify items at the time of delivery.
