Read the price, pack size and stock carefully.
Place your order — step by step
At each step, tap the green or highlighted main button.

Find an item
Tap the Search box on the home page and type the item name, or choose a category.

Add to Cart
Check price, weight and pack, then tap the green “Add to Cart” button.

Change quantity
Tap + to add one pack and − to remove one pack. The number near Cart shows selected items.

Open and check Cart
Tap the Cart icon. Check every item, pack, quantity and total; then tap “Next”.

Add delivery address
Tap “Add Address”. Fill name, house, fadiyu, village, 6-digit pincode, landmark and address type, then save.

Final Checkout review
Select the correct address. Review items, savings, delivery charge and final total in Order Summary.

Choose payment and order
Choose Cash on Delivery or Online, then tap “Place Order” once. Keep the page open until success appears.

How to fill the address
Write enough detail for the delivery person to find your home without asking others.

What to do after ordering
Check the success message
The order is complete only after the successful order message appears.
View Order
Open Account → Orders to see order number, items, amount and status.
Keep your phone on
Answer the delivery person and explain the correct direction.
Check at delivery
Check the packet and items. For COD, pay only the displayed amount.
Important things to remember
- Check quantity so the same item is not added too many times.
- Always recheck total, delivery charge and address.
- During online payment, do not press Back or Refresh. If money is debited but no order appears, contact us before paying again.
- Never share OTP, UPI PIN or bank password.
- An Out of Stock item cannot be ordered.

Where are Orders and Settings?
Open the Account icon or side Menu. Use Orders for current and old orders. Use Settings for language, Light/Dark theme and notification preferences.
